From the moment I arrived, the welcoming staff, particularly Hicham and Khalid, stood out with their exceptional service and friendliness. Despite limited English in the city, their proficiency and willingness to engage in meaningful conversations about Moroccan culture and history added immense value to my experience. the room, although lacking a view, provided a cozy and peaceful retreat, allowing for a restful night's sleep. the presence of a flat-screen TV with international channels, including BBC, was a delightful touch for unwinding after a day of exploration. the complimentary breakfast at the vibrant cafe adjacent to reception was a highlight, offering a hearty selection that catered to different palates. the immaculate cleanliness of the cafe's toilets and the overall simplicity of the decor added to the charm of the establishment. the staff's accommodation of my limited language skills in Arabic and French exemplified their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. In conclusion, Velsatis not only met but exceeded my stringent criteria for a memorable hotel experience.
